On September 10, 2026, the KHA hosted a peer-to-peer learning session focused on two impactful initiatives that drove measurable improvements in patient outcomes, safety, and operational performance. Through real-world experiences and practical strategies, presenters shared lessons learned from a hospital-wide pressure injury prevention initiative and a multidisciplinary Emergency Department (ED) throughput transformation. Together, both presentations demonstrated how health care organizations achieved meaningful improvements in patient safety and operational efficiency through collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
