Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) Scholarship Application
The KHA Quality team would like to announce a new scholarship to earn the Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) credentials for the June Diabetes awareness month! Earning the CDCES credentials will demonstrate your diabetes skills and expertise, show commitment to excellence in patient care, distinguish yourself among your peers, enhance career opportunities, and optimize health outcomes of people living with diabetes. The KHA quality team will enroll 22 participants of KHA member hospitals to take the exam to obtain the CDCES credentials, which is a $350 value!
The deadline for applications is July 16, 2025 at 5 PM ET.
Eligibility Requirements to take the exam:
- Employee of a KHA member hospital
- Earned one the qualifying professional disciplines
- Prior professional practice experience providing diabetes care and education
- Mastered the knowledge and application associated with the specialty
