Partnering for Better Diabetes Outcomes

Join us this month to hear Leitha Harris, the Population Health Branch Manager in of Kentucky’s Department for Medicaid Services (DMS) in the Division of Quality and Population Health, speak about partnering together for better diabetes outcomes. Leitha has played a key role in guiding the Cabinet of Health and Family Services through changes and challenges to strengthen diabetes care assistance programs and support participants. In her presentation, she will share insights on the state’s priorities and strategic action plan for diabetes, along with efforts to improve health outcomes across communities.
